Education 5.0 principles in practice
This reflective e-portfolio demonstrates the application of Education 5.0 principles during my Work Integrated Learning (WIL). The portfolio highlights how the five pillars of Education 5.0 - namely Teaching, Research, Community Service, Innovation, and Industrialisation - were implemented through purposeful classroom and school-based activities. The portfolio also contains photographic evidence and analytical reflections showing how practical experiences contributed to professional growth and learner development.

Pillar 1: Teaching
Facilitating student-centered learning
Education 5.0 Core Reflection Panel
Recording specific interactions and practical WIL accomplishments
During my teaching practice, I taught learners using learner-centered approaches such as group work, demonstrations, question and answer methods, educational games, and practical activities. I prepared lesson plans, teaching media, and classroom activities that promoted active learner participation , enable learners to interact freely .the learner centered approach created a positive learning environment where learners were motivated to participate and share their ideas confidently.Learners worked collaboratively in groups ,solved problems together and presented their findings before the class .These activities enhanced communication skills ,team work, creativity and critical thinking . The experience improved my lesson delivery techniques and classroom management skills, through continuous assessment activities such as oral questioning ,written exercises, quizzes and class discussions.i monitored learners progress and provided immediate feedback. This activity reflects the teaching pillar because it promoted effective knowledge translate ,learners engagement, competency development and inclusive education.
